Please text the following in one message:

• Dog’s name

• Breed & approximate weight

• Age

• Clear, full-body photo

• Last grooming date

• Desired service or haircut length

Grooming schedules, haircut options, and pricing are determined by the groomer and based on coat type, length, and condition. Additional fees may apply for extended time or coat condition.

Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for:

• All new clients

• Any returning client whose last appointment was over 8 weeks ago

Clients who remain on a 4–8 week recommended grooming schedule do not require a deposit.

Deposits are applied to the final service total and protect reserved appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
